Both South Africa, where I was born, and Arizona, where I live, inform my love of nature and it's brilliant, luminous colors. When I paint, be it in acrylics, watercolors, inks or mixed media, I abandon myself to the intuitive process and enter a state of uncensored discovery. I am simply present in the moment, open to surprises and trusting of whatever unfolds. It is a journey into mystery, a dream without doors.
